I sent the iPhone back to them as they asked, at no cost, and they sorted out the issue. I couldn’t get it set up since I don’t own a computer or laptop. They sent the phone back to me really fast, again at no charge, and it’s working like a charm. I can’t recommend this company enough for their friendly and supportive service. The phone was in perfect condition too, just like new.
